Grace Herbert

Hailing from from Lutriwita/ Tasmania at the southern end of so-called Australia, Grace is a curator, facilitator, writer and artist. Her curatorial practice has grown out of years working with independent, community and DIY arts organisations where she wrangled many ambitious projects on shoe-string budgets.

More recently Grace has been working as Senior Curator for Melbourne’s RISING Festival. Here she has curated a range of major projects and helped to shape the growing and changing face of the organisation since it’s inception in 2019.
